The 2020 site fee for this lot is $2,540.00; Water and Hydro are metered twice a season by WoodHaven- there is a $15.00 read fee charge for each billing; If the unit remains on site over the winter there is a winter storage fee – this past winter it was $170.00; there is a $200.00 Hydro Deposit that remains on your account at Head Office until you permanently leave the Resort; The deposit required for the new owner is $500 ($200 for the Hydro Deposit and $300 towards the 2020 Site Fee); The balance of the site fee is due May 1st. HST is charged on everything but the Hydro Deposit.
