PLEASE NOTE:  We are no longer able to accept cash for payments of Seasonal fees and other charges.   Payment to be by cheque, bank draft, or money order and payable to Killam Properties.  

Site fee $2540.00 + hst

Winter Storage if leaving trailer on site (2019/2020 Winter) = $170.00 + hst

Hydro & Water are both metered

Hydro & Water are invoiced twice a year.  $15 + hst read fee each invoice.

$200 Hydro deposit required – this remains at Head Office until you permanently leave the park.

Other charges may apply, such as Boat or Utility Storage charges, if you have a 3rd Vehicle, Etc.

No Day Fee for visitors, but overnight guests pay $15.00 + hst per night per person over 17 years of age.

Season Visitor Passes are available at $265 plus hst.

$300 deposit required to hold any site for 2018

Deposit Policy:
A $500 deposit is required to hold a Seasonal Site for the next season. 

Cancellation Policy:

There is no refund on deposits or seasonal site fees paid.

The information above is generally collected from you, but we may also obtain such information from financial institutions, credit agencies and your reference contacts, for the purpose of assessing your credit and for processing your transactions and payments.

Providing your Social Insurance Number is optional. Please note however that most credit reporting agencies use the Social Insurance Number as a unique identifier to ensure proper identification when conducting credit reviews and preparing credit reports. Local Attractions

Ipperwash Beach on Lake Huron is just a 2 minute drive or short walk from WoodHaven. Grand Bend Beach is a 15 minute drive. Grand Bend is also known for one of the largest Flea Markets around.  35 minute drive to the U.S. border at Sarnia/Port Huron.
