This two-bedroom unit is perfect for a family as it provides plenty of bright space and convenient fittings and equipment to help make your visits easy and comfortable.

There is a queen-size bed in the large master bedroom, complete with a dresser and mirrored, sliding door closet. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and storage for additional guests or children.

The sunny living/dining area has space for a pull-out sofa bed or a small living room set, and comes with dining room table and chairs and television. The unit is equipped with additional cupboards and counter space in the dining area to hold all your mealtime essentials. This space is perfect for visiting friends, watching TV and enjoying meals together.

The kitchen boasts a full-size fridge, microwave and gas stove, handy for long stays or large gatherings. There is also ample cupboard space for cooking essentials, a double-basin sink, countertop outlets for small appliances and bright window overlooking the forested hiking area.

The hallway leading to the bedrooms has two storage closets with plenty of space for cleaning equipment, jackets, pool toys, extra supplies etc.

The washroom is complete with an RV-style toilet, vanity with cupboards and a mirror as well as a shower/tub combo with an overhead skylight allowing the natural light to flood the room.

Comfort is guaranteed no matter the temperature outside, with central heating and central air conditioning.

The 8 x 10, vinyl shed outside is new and was equipped with a wooden ramp to help easily place your mower or golf cart inside. A small wood shed is located beside the shed, fully stocked with firewood for next season. A firepit has been installed and the sale includes fireside chairs. All you need to bring are the marshmallows!

Site fee: $2705+HST

Winter Storage if leaving trailer on site (2021/2022 Winter) = $170.00 + HST

Hydro & Water are both metered

Hydro & Water are invoiced twice a year.  $15+HST read fee each invoice.

$200 Hydro deposit required. This remains at Head Office until you permanently leave the park.

Other charges may apply, such as boat or utility storage charges, 3rd Vehicle, etc.

No Day Fee for visitors, but overnight guests pay $17.00+HST per night per person over 12 years of age.

Season Visitor Passes are available at $300+HST.

Deposit Policy:
A $300 deposit is required to hold a Seasonal Site for the next season. 

Cancellation Policy:

There is no refund on deposits or seasonal site fees paid.

Events and Activities

WoodHaven plans a number of events throughout the season to create an enjoyable summer experience. Some of the events include: (Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most of the activities, events and tractor rides will be cancelled until further notice)

Woodhaven Halloween with a Twist

In an effort to offer something exciting for the kids while keeping social distancing in mind, our Halloween event will look a little different this year.

Children may independently participate in the scavenger hunt by picking up their clue sheet at the pool starting at 3:30pm. Prizes will be drawn at the pool at 4:45pm.

Candy will be delivered to children at sites displaying an orange “Trick-or-Treat” sign. Signs can picked up a ahead of time at the office. Costumes will be judged when the candy is delivered.

Our judges will come around again between 8-9pm to choose the best-decorated site.

If you wish to donate treats for the kids, please drop off your contribution to site 106 by August 30th.
